All Star Woodworking opened its doors in 1978 when Mauro Scopino set out with a simple vision: to build custom cabinetry that turns houses into homes. Nearly five decades later, that same commitment to quality still drives everything the company does. The business has expanded its leadership only once before 2025 in its nearly 5-decade history.
Peter Cuneo joined the team early on, and his skill caught Mauro’s eye right away. Mauro offered him an ownership stake, and Peter helped modernize the company with state-of-the-art CNC equipment that cuts with precision down to 1/1000th of an inch. He expanded production capabilities and built All Star Woodworking’s reputation across the region. In early 2025 Ben Stutz joined the leadership team to help carry that legacy forward.
What started as one man’s dream is now a team of more than 40 employees, including, cabinetmakers, craftsmen, finishers, installers, office staff, and project managers. They’re all united by a shared goal: designing and crafting luxury cabinetry that makes people stop and say “wow”. Nearly all of the company’s growth has come from customer referrals, which speaks volumes about the quality and care that define All Star Woodworking.
